Courtney Jones Ayres
began her career with Eric in
Atlanta, and recently relocated
to Mississippi where she lives
and works in Greenville.
Courtney is a graduate of the
University of Mississippi. She
holds a Bachelor’s degree
in business administration with an
emphasis in Marketing.
Courtney is the sales
representative for West
Tennessee, Alabama, Arkansas and

Mhenad
(Mo) Alnadi: Project Manager
Mhenad is everyone’s
favorite project manager. His
favorite aspect of working at
the Klem Group is helping
people, which takes him back to
his nursing days at Emory
Crawford Long. Mhenad was born
in Kuwait, lived in Abu Dhabi,
UAE and moved to Atlanta in
2000.

Jill grew up in
southern Indiana – and is the
fourth generation of her family
to be involved in the furniture
industry. Jill brings with her a
Public Relations degree from the
University of Kentucky as well
as Advertising Agency
